Big announcement!!
We've spoken very openly on the pod about how we both thrive on and struggle with change, but either way, we can't deny it's inevitable. The time has come to switch things up and we want to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your support and messages since we first started releasing episodes. We are so incredibly grateful for you all and what this podcast has done for us and our listeners.
Stay tuned for updates...
SO MUCH LOVE,
Jack and Kat xxxx

We've got a beautiful episode for you this week, featuring the incredibly lovely ADHD coach, dancer, influencer and general fitness fanatic, Amie Barlow (@_amiebarlow). It was such a joy to discuss Amie's journey of self-acceptance, talking through her childhood struggles and how she's got to where she is now.
We hope you enjoy, thanks for listening! x

We cross the pond virtually this week to chat with fabulous Aussie fitness queen, podcast host, mother and co-founder of @kic.app, Stephanie Miller @stephclairesmith.
Steph was diagnosed with ADHD at the same time as becoming pregnant with her second child, only a few months before this interview! So she tells us all about the whirlwind of ADHD discovery mixed in with parenting and pregnancy (not to mention whilst also running a hugely successful business).
We loved chatting to Steph and hearing about her experience of the late-diagnosis journey, and if you’re interested in tuning into Steph’s podcast mini series ‘It’s my ADHD’, this will be available from March 19th on the KICPOD podcast feed!
If you’d like to check out the Kic app, follow the details below to enjoy 1 month FREE!

This one's been a long time coming! We've spoken quite a lot about sober curiosity and touched on the link between ADHD and alcohol use, but we're so excited to have Millie Gooch joining us to talk about it all in way more detail this week.
Millie went sober 7 years ago and founded Sober Girl Society early on in her sobriety journey. She gives so much amazing advice, whether you want to go totally sober or simply cut down on your alcohol consumption, this episode will be an absolute gem. We chat sober dating, dealing with social anxiety and pressure when you're not drinking, alternatives to alcohol and the link between ADHD and alcohol abuse.
For more of Millie's amazing content, follow @milliegooch and @sobergirlsociety

We're getting you guys involved this week! We asked you to write in your answers to a few ADHD-based questions and we absolutely loved hearing from you, and discussing all your answers.
We're talking things like what you love and hate about your ADHD, what you wish people understood about it and one of the biggies... if you had the option to get rid of your ADHD completely, would you do it?!
Let us know what you think of the ep, always love to hear from ya!

First guest of 2025 and what an absolute joy she was! This week, Lou Featherstone aka @luinluland talks us through the incredible story of her life and the terrifying but amazing steps she's taken to get to where she is today.
We're talking dick picks, shopping addictions, divorce, impulsively buying a bus and touring round the US and, of course, Lou's empowering outlook on the menopause. It's a corker, we hope you enjoy!

Happy New Year to all our lovely listeners! We're back with our first episode of 2025 and it felt apt to talk about the struggles of getting out of holiday mode after Christmas, and winter in general! Did you know people with ADHD are statistically more likely to suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder)?
As always, we'd love to hear about your experiences so please do send us a message on Instagram if anything in this episode resonates with you.
Thanks for listening!

As 2024 draws to a close, it felt like the perfect time to reflect on the past year. We answer a few poignant questions about how the year went; the wins, the struggles and the lessons we've learned. We'd love for you to join us and reflect on your own year! If you fancy it, here are the questions we discuss:
What were some of the biggest wins of the year? What were some of the hardest moments for you this year? And what did you learn from them? What are you most grateful for this year? How has ADHD showed up positively for you this year? OR what have you learned to love about your ADHD?What theme do you want for 2025?We do get a bit gushy at the end but just to reiterate, we love you guys so much and are so grateful for every last one of ya! Thanks so much for listening and we can't wait to get back to it in the new year.
BIG LOVE,
Kat & Jack x

We're baaaackkkkk! After a much needed break, we're back in action with a topic inspired by Kat's recent travels.
While trips and holidays are obviously wonderful, they can be testing on the ol' ADHD brain in many ways. From decision paralysis, missed flights, the mega fidgets and boredom on the plane, to overstimulation and setting unrealistic expectations. Join us for a chat about the benefits, the struggles and our very different approaches to holidaying in general.
We'd love to hear from you on your experiences and whether anything from this episode resonated with you - our DMs are always open so please do get in touch!

Supermarkets, impulse purchases, dopamine snacks, the black hole that is the fridge... we're talking all things food and ADHD eating habits this week!
We're not going into nutrition as that simply isn't our remit, so we'll wait for a professional on that front. Instead, we're giving insight into our biggest struggles and tips around food.
Can people with ADHD meal prep? More to the point, do they even WANT to?!
TW: If you're triggered by food chat, portion control etc. it might be worth skipping this one
