  • GEICO Honda’s RJ Hampshire shined bright on the world’s stage with his MX2 overall win at the MXGP of USA in Jacksonville, Florida. The win didn’t come without a hard fight and some drama and we’ll get RJ’s thoughts on this career benchmark victory. TLD/Red Bull/KTM’s Jordon Smith is back on the bike after tweaking his MCL back in July. We have a lot to get tonight including golf, moto, hunting and football. It’s always a pleasure catching up with our southern brother. TLD/Red Bull KTM’s Shane “Moody” McElrath hasn’t had the summer he wanted or expected, but a self-inflicted injury he sustained on the podium at Budds Creek while opening the champagne certainly didn’t help.   • RCH/Yoshimura Suzuki’s Justin Bogle captured his first-ever 450 overall last weekend at Round 11 of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship at Budds Creek. Justin uprooted his entire program this summer and recommitted himself to getting back on top. We’re stoked to see the gamble paid off and will get his thoughts on this career milestone and more. Team Honda HRC’s Cole Seely will be part of Team USA when the always exciting MXdN will take place at Matterly Basin in Winchester, England, on September 30 – October 1. Cole will no doubt represent our country well after earning the coveted spot this year. Wes Williams will be co-promoting The Reunion race at the local legendary Echeconnee MX track -on September 8-10. Wes will be in the studio to give us all the details tonight!   • Yamalube/Star Racing/Yamaha’s Aaron Plessinger will be the first to tell you he expected much more from the summer than his results have shown so far. Aaron is always a fun interview and we’ll get his thoughts on the racing at the halfway point in the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross season.

    Racer X’s David Pingree always has plenty to say and he’s not afraid to hurt a few feeling along the way. We always enjoy hearing his perspective on the racing and everything else on his radar at the moment. Sensitive people are forewarned to just skip over this interview.

    Nicole Cesa and Carrie Bolling are already known for their promoting responsibilities with the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship and their podium and 30-second card duties, but we wanted to get to know them a little away from the track, too.   • Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Austin Forkner may have surprised some last summer, but he is already backing up his impressive outdoor rookie season, including his first overall podium in at Muddy Creek. We’ll get his thoughts on the racing and more with another year of experience this time around.

    GEICO Honda’s Jeremy Martin had a devastating DNF the very first moto of the season but has bounced back an overall win and is currently sitting 3rd in the points. Jeremy has overcome much more in his career and we fully expect him to be challenging for the title all the way to the final lap at the season-ending Ironman round.

    Brett Smith is a phenomenal writer. His pieces are labors of love and his current one about to drop documenting the darkest day in motocross may be his best yet. Brett takes on the challenge of telling and sourcing the heart-wrenching story when three young motocross prodigies were killed when their car was struck by a train in 1982 not far from the track at Ponca City. He will be on to detail the long odyssey of bringing this story to light.

  • Travis Pastrana and his traveling Nitro Circus World Games are heading back to Salt Lake City this weekend for another round of the action sports insanity that only his crew and invited athletes could bring. It’s always fun catching up with Travis and we cover all of that and his return to NASCAR this fall.

    RCH/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing’s Justin Bogle hit the reset button on his entire career and moved to Florida to train at Camp Carmichael. His results this summer, including the impressive moto win in Colorado shows his hard work and rededication is paying off. Justin talks about that hard decision to uproot everything he’s ever known in Oklahoma to jumpstart his career and more. Real talk went down, folks.

Robb’s training/fitness/nutrition segments have been popular with our listeners for quite some time and his own podcast was just a natural progression for his program. We’ll discuss his goals and plans for the upcoming Coach Robb Podcast debuting on his site in the near future as we transition our listeners over through DMXS. In all future Coach Robb podcasts, I will be answering listener’s questions, addressing frustrations and providing solutions to help them achieve their personal goals and objectives (no matter what the sport background). The Coach Robb Podcasts will be applicable to all sports along with those who struggle with weight loss. It will be one of the few podcasts available that provides resources that listeners can download prior to the show and fill out during the show helping each listener develop a personalized program within the areas of: weight loss, nutrition, hydration the development of lean muscle, strength training, injury prevention, endurance, flexibility and the mental development side of health, wellness and performance.   • Factory Kawasaki’s Josh Grant capped off the Monster Energy Supercross season with a podium at the finale in Vegas and has obviously carried that momentum outdoors with another podium at the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross opening round at Hangtown. We’ll get his thoughts on both series tonight.

    Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Dean Wilson was the feel-good story of the year after earning a factory ride after beginning the supercross season as a privateer effort. The story keeps getting better as he opened the outdoor season with a solid top 4 ride last weekend. Deano has been one of our favorite guests for many years and we always look forward to catching up.

  • It is great to see a healthy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo back to doing work after a rash of untimely injuries sidelined the rising star over the last two years. We’ve covered AC’s career since he was riding a 50 and always look forward to catching up.

    Yamalube/Star Racing/Yamaha’s Aaron Plessinger tamed the ruts and tough conditions in Seattle to earn his first victory of the year. Aaron is undoubtedly on of the most charismatic riders in the pits and the fans appreciate seeing his personality on and off the track.
