Interview with Tony Spence.Tony Spence joined Waterford School District as the superintendent this past July. Waterford is a K-8 district in Wisconsin with more than 1,500 students. He was previously the chief information officer at Muskego-Norway School District in Muskego, Wisconsin. In his role, he supervised and coordinated the district's technology operations and staff, as well as oversaw library media, data, instructional technology, personalized learning, and electronic student and financial management systems, including the submission of state reports.
