Grace reached out to us initially as she was exhausted by her over-doing, over-responsible patterns, and was fed up with her life. She had a previous history of breast cancer, going 110% trying to “fix” the root-cause, as well as debilitating vestibular migraines that would often leave her flat in bed for 17 hours a day. She came to us in the depths of burnout from a lifetime of over-doing (triggered by deep subconscious beliefs of being unlovable & hidden trauma).   • Filly is joined with Judith Richards, creator of the revolutionary trauma therapy, The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP). I first witnessed the power of TRTP when I had a new client do TRTP with another practitioner while she waited for lab results to come back. A few weeks later ALL her symptoms had disappeared - anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, and she was off her ADHD medication. I was mind blown, and knew I had to learn TRTP myself to help our clients get faster and more effective results!     About Judith Richards 

     

    Judith Richards is the creator of The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP), born out of her journey of resolving decades of severe abuse and trauma. For many years she suffered extreme physical and mental illness as a result of her psychological trauma and physical injuries. AND, she never gave up. With great courage and determination, she persisted, learning and discovering that there is a way to capture a life worth living. There is a way to the other side of trauma and its myriad symptoms. The result of this journey is The Richards Trauma Process. TRTP is fast, effective and safe.
