They talk about how we can use screens to contribute to our lives and our world and the importance of putting it away more than having it in our hands.

In this episode, the kids give their future selves a pep talk on goal setting, careers, the importance of learning, developing healthy habits, and giving back to our world starting at the youngest of ages. They challenge kids to write a letter to themselves ten years from now and give ideas on what to write about. They also show us samples from their own letters.
