Legendary Montauk Project researcher, Peter Moon, discusses a space time portal from Romania to Tibet and a secret tunnel to Egypt's Hall of Records that are described respectively in books two and three of the Transylvania book series. The popular series contains the revelations of a Romanian insider, Radu Cinamar, who works for Department Zero, a paranormal research division of the Romanian Intelligence service.
Peter Moon discusses several efforts to corroborate Cinamar's information through Romanian news outlets, and why Cinamar was recruited into Department Zero's paranormal divisioin after being taken to Tibet through a space time portal located in Romania's Apuseni Mountains. After his encounters with an alchemist called Elinor who can prolong life through a mysterious geometrical device, Cinamar meets a Tibetan lama who guides him through the portal to meet with 'Machandi' a Dakini/Goddess in Tibet. Upon his return to Romania, Cinimar is formally recruited into Department Zero due to his new contacts and experiences.
In book three, Mystery of Egypt, Cinamar travels from an ancient Hall of Records found inside Romania's Bucegi Mountains to a similar structure in Egypt under the Giza pyramid complex. The Egyptian Hall of Records contains tens of thousands of metal disks with holographic information stored in them, as well as a time machine (aka chronovisor) used for viewing past and future events, along with a levitation platform used for aerial travel.

In this Exopolitics Today interview Jean Charles Moyan and Elena Danaan describe trips they both took to a Galactic Federation mothership called the Excelsior, and then to Lake Vostok in Antarctica where they witnessed a space ark with blue giants sleeping in stasis chambers. Elena describes how she was tasked by the Galactic Federation to witness Jean Charles as he toured the Lake Vostok Ark. They then describe their respective trips to a Hall of Records/Ark under the Sphinx at the Giza Complex in Egypt. Jean Charles next describes visiting space arks under Mt Kailash, Tibet and one off the coast of the Bahamas. Elena also discusses the recent news that an interstellar object crashed in the Pacific Ocean, and that this is a gift from positive extraterrestrials to awaken humanity to their existence.

On April 16, the Farsight Institute released a remote viewing project concerning President Vladimir Putin and his inner circle over the decision to intervene in Ukraine militarily. The "Vladimir Putin and His Inner Circle" project involved four highly trained remote viewers who identified an extraterrestrial factor influencing President Putin and his chief advisors. According to Farsight Institute Director, Dr. Courtney Brown, the extraterrestrial interference is part of a plan to entice human leaders into new agreements that will perpetuate secrecy and enable future manipulation to occur without being exposed.

Astronomers are baffled by the rapid heating of the South Pole of the planet Neptune recently detected by ground-based telescopes in Chile and Hawaii. On March 18, news emerged of a heatwave in East Antarctica, the epicenter of which was the Vostok region that sits atop a mysterious lake two miles under the ice sheet. Scientists are baffled by the heat surge of more than 70 degrees above average temperatures and are seeking answers. A likely explanation comes from two sources who say an ancient ark is buried under the ice sheet in the Vostok region, and its activation is heating up East Antarctica.

In early 2022, Tony Rodrigues published his book, Ceres Colony Cavalier, in which he described in detail his "20 and back" experiences as a slave, both on Mars as a military auxiliary fighting against indigenous insectoids and then serving with a German-led Dark Fleet. Rodrigues' book came to the attention of Dr. Courtney Brown, who subsequently organized a remote viewing project to investigate two of the book's core claims. In 2003, an amazing discovery was made of a large anomaly inside the Bucegi Mountains of Romania. A high level Italian Freemason was the first to alert a top secret paranormal unit of the Romanian intelligence service about the discovery made by US ground penetrating radar. The discovery of a very large hemisphere or dome-shaped structure inside the mountain set off a complex set of geopolitical maneuvers that involved Romania being fast tracked into NATO for "its protection." All this happened around the same time a similar anomaly was found in Iraq making it an unknown factor in the US-led invasion.
Inside the mysterious structure was a fabulous repository of ancient information—a veritable Noah's ark of forgotten knowledge and genetics stored holographically. This ancient Hall of Records was built by a tall race of giants or human-looking extraterrestrials. The Romanian "Hall of Records" has been involved in a complex geopolitical struggle between the Pentagon, Romanian government, and senior Freemasons vying to either release or suppress information coming out into the public arena.

Paul Blake Smith has extensively researched historical records, whistleblower testimony, and documentary evidence that President Dwight D. Eisenhower had multiple close encounters with extraterrestrials. These encounters began as early as 1948/1949 when he was working with the Truman administration, according to a leaked 1989 Defense Intelligence Agency document.

Description: In this interview my long time source JP, who currently serves with the US Army, explains that an ovoid shaped space ark under the Ukraine desert near the city of Kherson has been taken over by the Russia army. JP says that a team of US special forces were sent on a covert mission to the Ark, prior to the invasion, and went missing.
The Ark possesses exotic plant life and the Russian military also seeks to control another smaller space ark located near the city of Kiev according to what JP heard in a briefing. He says that Russia already possesses a space ark in its own territory which possesses exotic technology. JP says that Russia is denying the US access to the space arks under its control in order to gain concessions on US geopolitical policies.

News reports have confirmed that the Russian army has captured the Ukrainian port city and region (oblast) of Kherson, where an ancient space ark is claimed to be buried. According to two independent sources, the space ark is buried under Oleshky Sands National Nature Park, which is only 25 km (15 miles) east of Kherson. The space ark is said to be activating and predicted to eventually begin flying into the air.

There has been much speculation over the destruction of 40 out of 49 Starlink microsatellites on February 8 that were shot down by the Deep State, according to information received by Elena Danaan, from her primary extraterrestrial contact Thor Han Eredyon. Elena has just followed up with an article that casts more light on Elon Musk and Starlink based on information received earlier from a female extraterrestrial from Alpha Centauri with whom she had a face-to-face encounter in a small town in Ireland just over a month previously.

On February 8, 40 out of 49 Starlink satellites launched by Elon Musk’s SpaceX for his space-based communications system failed to reach their orbital paths and crashed back to Earth in a fiery display. SpaceX quickly put out a statement that a geomagnetic storm was the culprit, even though the storm hitting the Earth during the satellites’ deployment was relatively weak. According to a representative of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, however, the satellites were shot down by a Deep State faction still active in Europe.

In his second mission to a space ark lying at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle, JP (who currently serves with the US Army) describes a multinational rescue mission comprising US, Russian and Chinese soldiers. The mission was sent to rescue Aztec Indians from Mexico who had been left behind in an earlier mission. JP explains how the multinational team found the Aztec Indians, and also discovered a powerful portal linking the Atlantic Ark to another arks hidden throughout our solar system. At age eight, David Rousseau was recruited into a secret space program jointly run by the US and France, and served for 20 years before being age-regressed and returned back in time to 1981. In this first interview for an English-speaking audience, David explains how an alien abduction at age six first brought him to the attention of secret space program authorities. He was recognized to have exceptional psychic and intuitive abilities which led to him accepting an offer by an American general, who spoke French, to join a joint secret space program. In 1981, David was sent to Area 51 for his initial training and induction into a joint secret space program called “Solar Warden”. He was then sent to serve on the Solaris, one of at least two large spacecraft belonging to the US French Secret Space Program. There he met with Maria Orsic who trained him and other children to develop their psychic abilities. It was during his initial service on the Solaris, that David met Jean Charles Moyen (another US French secret space program participant), then aged 12, and they became firm friends and colleagues. Their mutual recognition 40 years later is discussed in the second volume of David’s four volume series of books which was recently published in French, and will soon be available in English.
