Owen is another former client of mine who has learned the importance of prioritizing nutrition to improve health AND maximize performance. As a D1 pitcher, Owen discusses how nutrition helped him increase his MPH on the mound, and what he did leading up to college.
Owen is also an excellent example of the benefits of the Transfer Portal in NCAA sports, and talks about why he made the change. He also has some VERY valuable recruiting advice for young athletes that want to increase their odds of getting a D1 offer 👀

Amazing episode with Amanda, the #1 Squash player in the nation—and #5 in the world!! Amanda shares her struggles with disordered eating, working with a Sports RD, and what it's like to travel the world as an athlete in an individual sports.
Amanda grew up playing multiple sports, but always knew Squash was for her. Going undefeated all throughout college, to winning 6 gold medals + 5 National Championships at the pro level, Amanda is crushing it on the court! 💪🏼

Morgan Hill is a Division 1 NCAA soccer player at Georgia State university. She’s loved and played soccer since she was around 5 years old. In July of 2021 she tore her ACL, and in the next week she has to get reconstruction surgery again since the first surgery didn’t go as planned. She’s learned so much, especially how nutrition impacted the first ACL tear and how it impacts recovery after.
In this episode, we discuss her injury, including the BIG mistakes she made leading up to the injury, how she endured the long recovery process, and a very important message on how to research the right doctors and Physical Therapists so your recovery isn't delayed.
Morgan also shares some important stories about growing up playing soccer and how she was able to get a D1 offer.

Kaitlyn Mathews is a Division 1 NCAA softball player at Ball State University. She grew up playing many different sports and she has been playing softball since she was 6 years old. Kaitlyn is a nutrition/dietetics student at Ball State and she hopes to one day become a sports dietitian. Her experience as an athlete along with her nutrition education has provided her with many skills and tips that she would love to pass along to other athletes.
In this episode, we discuss the unique traits and training that Kaitlyn did to become a D1 Softball player, as well as some of the mistakes she made that almost hurt her chances of making it to that level. Kaitlyn also provides a unique perspective as an athlete who is also studying Nutrition!
