  • Melody Tseng is a Creative Producer at Live Redesigned. Melody graduated from design school with a background in art and fashion.

    Melody started out working as a production translator in Taiwan before touring for over 10 years as a production coordinator and VIP/sponsorship manager for artists such as Justin Timberlake, Maroon 5, Janet Jackson, Ariana Grande, and Billie Eilish.During the pandemic Melody was assistant creative producer Fireplay run by Nick Whitehouse. Since then she has moved up quickly and learned a lot, now as creative producer/creative director.

    Melody has been the creative director for Demi Lovato in 2022, Romeo Santos in 2023, and most recently art director/set designer for Alanis Morissette this past summer.Melody’s life motto is: Life is too short to settle for mediocrity, do what makes you happy and always do your best.

  • John Featherstone Principal & Managing Director of Lightswitch. Born and educated in the United Kingdom, John was theatrically trained at Britain's National Youth Theatre.John met four lads who had just formed a band called The Smiths,John hit the road with The Smiths, and worked with them and his dear friend Johnny Marr until the band split.   • Tim Dailey’s career started in event production, particularly lighting design and technical direction for large corporate events and tradeshows. This naturally led him down a path towards power as every show needs lots of it (well they used to anyway). Since then the bulk of Tim’s career has been in rental/temporary power generation for events. This has mostly been with diesel generators until the last 2 or so years where we have seen this transition to mobile batteries that can actually power entire events.

    Tim has been highly recommended to come on the show by Neel Vasavada who we had on the show back in June.

  • We are extremely lucky to have Cosmo (Charles) Wilson back on the Podcast.

    Cosmo is a concert lighting designer and director. He has been in the industry since the 80’s and is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, he is a legend.Cosmo has worked with over 40 acts including AC/DC, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Foreigner, INXS, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Meat Loaf, Mötley Crüe, The Rolling Stones, Ronnie James Dio, David Lee Roth, Scorpions,[2] and Rod Stewart. He was a touring road crew member from 1986 before becoming a director and designer.

    Cosmo received a Parnelli Award for Lighting Director of the Year 2015, a Tour Link Top Dog Award for Lighting Director of the Year for AC/DC in 2016 and Aerosmith in 2017, and the "Live Production Summit Pinnacle Awards" for both Lighting Director of the Year and Lighting Designer of the Year in 2020 and again in 2023.

  • Mark Fetto started working as a lighting technician in the late 1970’s, working his way through the ranks at the Obie Company and Vari-Lite, he then became a lighting designer and senior programmer. In 1989 Mark opened Vari-Lite's satellite office in Las Vegas. He went on to become general manager of Vari-Lite's Dealer Network and later General Manager of North American Operations.,

    Following a 16-year career at Vari-Lite, Mark joined Stage Rigging, Inc. as the National Sales Manager before moving to his position as Chief Operating Officer at Morpheus Lights for 14 years.

    Mark oversaw touring systems, new inventory, infrastructure, and operational strategies in both production and manufacturing.In 2019 Mark Joined OSA International as their Vice President, Lighting and he is now learning how to be a grandpa to 2- soon to be 4 grandkids.   • Chris Conti is the Chief Innovation Officer at Production Resource Group. Chris joined PRG in 2004 where he has worked on multiple concert tours, TV shows, corporate events, trade shows, and special events. Some of the highlights have been Coldplay, Josh Groban, Fleetwood Mac, Guns & Roses, Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones and Sir Elton John to name but a few.
