Hello hi, us again! This week we asked each other 36 (ish) questions to fall in love, a questionnaire developed by psychologist Arthur Aron to see if the right questions would make two strangers fall in love. We are already in love so not much of a change there, but this is peak third-date material!!! We share our answers to some pretty personal questions about relationships, family, fears and happiest memories. Hi sweeties, ep 9 is here!! DISCLAIMER: when Nimi was saying progesterone is inflammatory...she meant prostaglandin & her need to be factually accurate is deeply pained by that, so apologies, but we don't want anyone confusing their hormones!! This ep we discuss our own cycle experiences, we give a snapshot of what our months look like (they are v different as one is a postpartum experience) & we talk about what a very normal cycle might look like in terms of the four phases woman go through each 28-32 days. We really want to acknowledge that periods can be insufferable & debilitating for some people (any endo or PCOS girlies, we see you!!). Like most eps, its our experience & take on a topic, so we hope you enjooooy xx
-
Hi honeys, this week we answered your anonymous questions. Thanks for sending in your questions, we actually couldn't have done this episode without you. Hope you enjoooooy & stay tuned for episode 9 where we deep dive on cycle syncing & what we've learnt about it.

Hi everyone! In today's episode we explore the complexities of body image & how that has impacted both of us throughout our lives. We share our stories and struggles and discuss ways we are learning to juggle the pressures and expectations we feel. We understand this is a loaded topic and may be triggering for some listeners as we speak in depth about body dysmorphia & eating disorders. Hi darlings, This week we are chatting all things friendship, the history of our friendship and the many forms its taken over the years, as well as our approach to friendship in our 20's and 30's. Like we always say, this is our experience and perspective on friendship and we would never want anyone to question/doubt how they approach the friendships in their life, especially if they're working well for you. We understand friendships the older you get can be tricky but we hope this encourages you to maintain healthy ones and let go of unhealthy ones. Big shoutout to all our gorgy gal/guy pals, we loooove you!
