Madi, who recently suggested we re-name this podcast "Madi and friend", had suggested we title this episode "I have spent so long editing this I can't remember what it's about".
Yeah, it's been a week - but she's a trooper.
What are we actually talking about this week?
Outgrowing shit and being too comfortable; it's something we all go through, whether we realise it or not.
If you take one thing from this, let it be this - be the groceries, don't be the sofa.
(No one needs to highlight how often we said this)
We'd love to hear your thoughts on this topic, let us know!
Love
R & M
Pls don't forget to rate, write a review and share with pals - it helps people find us and we would be very grateful.
As mentioned in Madi's earlier title suggestion, we had a few technical issues and it was a bit of a nightmare for her to edit, which means in places the audio might not be quite what we want it to be - but it's all a learning.

We all feel that crushing pressure right? right?...
The fun truth is a lot of that pressure is coming directly from us - well, in the case of Madi and Rosie it is.
Pressure can sometimes be a very good thing, but apply too much and you are sure to probably break.
And that pressure that you feel going to uni, or in our case (and maybe yours), not going to uni. Let's talk about that!
We'd love to know if you felt this pressure to go to uni and if you felt like you were maybe a bit less of something for not doing it.
Let us know!
AND FUN FACT - Rosie needs to stop saying "Like" and Madi needs to stop saying "Yeah"
Love
R & M
P.s. We'd be suuuuper grateful if you could subscribe and give us a rating or review - and tell your pals! It helps other listeners find us and we would really appreciate it!

Do you all remember when Rosie and Madi sat down sometime in the last 12 months to record an episode about accountability? Well, you probably won't, because we never actually released it.
Yes, we very much understand the irony of this.
We are just two girls, trying to be better at holding ourselves (and others) accountable for our own actions... Safe to say, it's a work in progress.
As you will hear, this is not the lost episode, this is the re-record but the main thing is that we did and we released it! Go us!
A big big thank you and shout out to Madi who kept to her accountability goal and edited this podcast on the day we recorded it. She is our icon.
If you have any tips for holding yourself accountable, we'd love to hear them!
As always, love
R & M
P.s. We would be super duper grateful if you could please leave us a rating or review, it helps others find us - and tell your friends to listen to us yap, we would really love that - thank you!

Should we be learning or earning? Or, the dream third scenario, both?
We delve into what you should prioritise and when and ask if there will ultimately be a winner (and is it always earning?...)
It can feel like life decides for you, but should you stay in a job that pays well but doesn't develop your skills?
We'd love to know your thoughts!
Ft. a LOT of yapping, as per usual. Although, the intro to this episode is probably on another level... and then again when we go into the pimple in Madi's ear.

But how good does it feel to hear that music again (and Madi's cough)?
We are so happy to be back on our shit with something we love - and we hope you're excited too.
Still a couple of Girls Without Degrees, but maybe not for much longer?.... You need to listen to the episode to find out more.
This is the life update you have all been waiting for - and we have so much planned for you, so keep listening!
As always, let us know if there is anything you want to hear us chat about and we can't wait to hear what you think.

A couple of disclaimers for this one - EXCUSE OUR NEIGHBOURS PARTY! And Madi's aggressive slamming of the table.
That week, it was the Karen dog and now our new obsession is Nanalan.
How often do you change your mind? The big things and the small things?
It is all fun and games until you have to make the big ones. As two people that have taken lots of different paths, we know a lot about having to change our minds and the impact this has on our lives.
Let us know your thoughts!

Have you ever lied on your CV? You can be honest, this is a safe space...
This is a Madi takeover episode and actually one of the best conversations we have had in a long time - honest and open, it is an all-round good time!
And take this as your reminder not to rate your smoothie-making skills above your ability to work hard.
Lots of love

Kicking this episode off with a good old language lesson, can you tell we are in our Duoglingo era? Before you know it, we will be presenting this in German and French.
But let's get into resting and recharging, because it is normal to be really bad at this right? or maybe we should all work on that...
Keen to hear how you actually wind down? Please, tell us...

This is a little bit of a different one for everyone this week, we have two special guests to re-cap the wild weekend that was Madi's Hens Weekend.
We loved having two girls with degrees to join the gals without them!
It was truly a crazy weekend and we are excited to share a little bit of insight with you... although the full details will remain secret, iykyk.
Thank you for joining us and normal programming resumes next week.
Lots of love

We are back with more rambles and trying to break down why we are it seems like everyone is on the side hustle game?
A lot of laughter and a bit of a chaotic one for season 2, including a true moment of madness with us deciding to run a half marathon...
We hope you enjoy and don't forget to sign up for the chance to sell you ear pictures on our new website!

We are back for season 2 y'all!
It has been a moment, but the Girls Without Degrees are back for another season of madness and advice.
This week, we go into how it can be a challenge to find the balance between your best work self and best self self - it can be a lot!
Side note - watched two episodes of The Idol, just as icky as first thought!
We are so excited to be back and let us know how you find the balance...

We are so excited to welcome a GWD fave to this weeks show!
It was awesome to chat with Clara about creativity, moving across the world and the skills you gain at every step.
Some serious little golden nuggets of information coming through with this one and we are so grateful to Clara for joining us.
That, and it makes a nice change from the two of just rambling on!

Episode two of the double release, let's go!
"It is our podcast and we will go MIA if we want to"
"Rosie, that's not how we get listeners"
So, a big apology from team GWD for going missing for a bit. It has been a really big week for both of us, with some pretty intense personal shit that we share with you in the first 15 minutes - more details to come in the re-record of the "Forbidden Episode"
Anyway...
Let's talk about ragrets!
There isn't too much juicy gossip about about life regrets, this was purposeful from the questions - sorry to disappoint lol
But, Madi opens up a big life moment and it is great honestly!
The dogs are causing chaos as always, because some things never change
Here we go!
Lots of love

As promised, the first episode of the double release week!
Work can be a lot, but it can feel like a lot more when you feel like you don't have anyone to turn to...
This episode was inspired by a great question from our very own Madi and it is a big one!
When we lose trust in our leaders, who do we turn to?
An serious question handled by two people who are not that serious, but have had their fair share of... interesting management.
Thank you all for still being with us, we love you and we are sorry for going MIA lol.
This episode was recorded pre-difficult week, like the calm before the bloody storm!
Lots of love always

Let's discuss expectations vs reality...
We get it in the workplace and we get throughout our whole lives, things are are often not what we expected but sometimes this is for the best!
Tell us about your expectation vs reality?
Expectation - This episode was meant for last week (whoa, why is it late)
Reality - This weeks episode is actually just early and there was no episode last week!
Here we go for episode 20...
Lots of love

Episode 19, let's go!
Ok, so a couple of things to start us off...
Yes, the dogs do de-rail things a bit in the start and Florence gave us the dirtiest look ever which we didn't film annoyingly.
Funny head spaces this week, so if at moments things feel a little unusual, that is because they are. The joys of the ups and downs of living and it is super important that we keep this true to us.
We do some live Googling, enjoy the free AMSR!
But for real, thank you to everyone who listens and a big extra shout out to Ayla for giving us this topic.
What is success? If it is so personal can we actually define it? The big questions, the not-so big brains answering them!
What does success feel like to you? Let us know!
Sorry for chaos as always.
Lots of love

We are back and talking about that pesky thing that haunts us all... comparison.
As the saying goes, comparison is the thief of joy.
Both professionally and personally, we experience it. Whether its comparing ourselves to that fitness influencer, or just to each other. It can be a tough place, but can good ever come out of it?
We get real about our friendship and how we deal with the highs and lows of each others lives.
How do you get out of a comparison spiral? Seriously, we're asking, how...
If you enjoy the show, please leave us a rating or a review - it helps others find it!
And Happy Easter y'all, enjoy the chocolate eggs!

Do you have a support network?
Have you ever asked someone to be your mentor?
Have you ever been asked to mentor someone else?
We dive into the support systems we build in and out of work, and how they are super important - especially for us gals without our degrees.
In todays culture of people trying to "one up" each other, asking for help is not a sign of weakness, pass it on!
We love you all and thank you for joining us for another week.
Lots of love,
R & M
P.S. It would be really amazing if you could please rate and review the pod wherever you listen! It helps it grow and gets the message out to others who might be feeling a little lost, just like we did.

Is it possible for women to have it all? And when we say it all, we mean a successful career and a family.
We're talking about what we want from the future, how we plan to maintain our careers in the likely event of kiddos and is it possible for us to have both.
And remember, that no one owes you an explanation as to why they don't want kids! Don't press them on it y'all.
Let us know your thoughts on the re-brand!
It would be amazing
