About the Speaker
Robin Aldridge-Sutton is a statistician and data-analyst. He likes maths, statistics, data analysis, philosophy, chess and running. He is from New Zealand and completed a bachelor's degree in maths and philosophy followed by honours and master's degrees in philosophy at Victoria University of Wellington.
After completing his degrees, he moved to South Korea and worked for 6 years as an English teacher. Life took him back home where he decided to start a new direction and become a data scientist. He ended up completing another bachelor's degree in data science followed by an honours in statistics at University of Auckland in New Zealand in 2020. In this episode, he will talk about his life journey and what a data analyst needs to build up a successful career!

Mr. George Papadopoulos is Australian with Greek background. He completed, bachelor in advanced mathematics and master in Applied mathematics. In 2012 he started a Ph.D in mathematics education at the University of Sydney. He has great teaching experiences and has been teaching maths to children and university students for more than 10 years. He has a lot of stories related to maths, educations and his own journey to share with us.

Dr. Usha Sridhar is a Sripathi Gold medalist from Andhra University (topped in all Science departments' results and achieved University First). She complete two Ph.D in mathematics (yes 2 Ph.D) in the area of Analysis, Complex Variables and Proof Theory and Artificial Neural Networks. Apart from her great academic achievements, she has also worked in finance field for 8 years.
Usha's passion about teaching, is nurtured by her parents. She has been teaching Mathematics, Numerical Techniques, Business, Statistics, Quantitative Methods and related subjects at various universities for more than three decades. Usha is part of the Teaching team won the prestigious UTS (University of Technology Sydney) Teaching citation award in 2011, 2018 and 2020.
