Beautiful soul,
One of your greatest desires is for connection with others. BUT, sometimes your high achieving, anxious ways get in the way of that. What gives?!
In order to have genuine connection with others, you first need to find connection with yourself. This is an ongoing process, and can often take a backseat to all of the business that you have in your life.
So, listen in, sweet soul. I want to share with you some important reasons why you’ll want to prioritize connecting with yourself, so you can connect with others.
Wishing you freedom to live the life you want, despite anxiety,

Sweet soul,
Impostor syndrome can show up for anxious high achieving women in so many ways, and I know, sweet soul, how frustrating, painful, and disempowering it can be. And if this is something that resonates with you, you are in for a treat - and some relief - with this episode, because I had the privilege of interviewing my teacher, coach, mentor and friend, Kim Garnett, AKA, Brainy Girl Kim.
Kim is the founder of Brainy Girl, and a technology and digital marketing specialist (since 2001) working with novice course creators to help them get visible, grow their audience, and get their courses online. You can learn more about and connect with Kim at brainygirlu.com.
Kim shares about how impostor syndrome shows up for people (think downplaying achievements, perfectionism, comparison… sound familiar?!), AND, she shares strategies she has successfully used to get her to the point where she can recognize and quickly move through impostor syndrome. Kim’s story is mind-blowing, and her presence and energy are simply incredible.
Before you dive in, I want to give you a quick heads-up: this episode contains explicit language. If that’s not your vibe, or if you have little ones around, now might be a good time to pop in some headphones or pick a different episode.
So grab a cup of coffee or your favorite drink, and get ready for an uplifting and insightful conversation. Let’s dive in!
Wishing you freedom to live the life you want, despite anxiety,
Katy

Well girl, I’ve got your back on this one! In this episode, I’m going to tell you about how you can incorporate plans for celebration, fun, and joy into your planning routine. I hope you’ll come listen!
