thank you for your patience hunnies - I’ve missed you these past 3 weeks. As an offering this week’s episodes will be double the fun - a 30 min one on one short and a guest episode with our hosting queen Kate Lewis of K8NewYork. This solo show is an FAQ round up - a list of (semi?) burning questions, and generally a great catch up. We get in to men’s summer trends (we may need a re-do as I’ve since been updated on some things we missed out on lol). What makes you “feel married” - at the ceremony and after at home? After it’s all said and done, are there any specific moments that seal the deal? We talk about building your day around the moments you need and then building the home you deserve together. How do you not feel overwhelmed in the Bridal Era? Between therapy (aka joint vent sessions) and Engates (Engaged Dates) How do you tackle the conversation of uneven household responsibilities when it’s bothering you but you don’t want conflict? Especially when it comes to mental load. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

It's our first solo episode, honeys, and it's bite sized! We start with a lot of housekeeping - this is definitely a transition that we are going through together and we have a few decisions to make! The meat of this guy is a raw and honest take on what's been going on in my personal life (to the best of my ability) over the past year (and then some) and it's freeing to put it on the line. So excited about where this journey is going to take us honey's and I hope you enjoy the quick episode!!! This episode is sponsored by Botanic Tonics ♡ click here to shop our favs Hello honeys!! We're back shooting the sh*t this week about everything and anything. We kick off the episode talking about engagement rings: what happens when your diamond almost falls out, and would you ever upgrade your ring? We then (of course) talk about periods for a brief moment before getting in to an email all about a sister in law who's trying to be annoyingly competitive with our listener while they're both pregnant (like wtf). Before ending the episode, Nicole has a very bittersweet announcement for everyone. <3 Love you all so much!! xoxo Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Welcome back honeys!! We start off this episode by demanding justice for some of our favorite childhood villains (hint: Sharpay Evans deserved way better). We then have a crucial discussion about men: Logan or Jess? Aidan or Big? Lon or Noah? You can't lie and tell us you wouldn't have picked Lon. We then discuss an email about a disagreement between a couple on who they should be telling about their recent pregnancy news, before we end on a fun game of Love or War. Tune in for all the juicy details!! xoxo Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Hey hunnies - This episode is half shoot the shit and half problem solving. These past few weeks have been insane and the girls are getting it in where they can fit in. They talk this past warm NYC saturday and get in to ideal summer saturday plans which leads them to the discussion of summer FOMO, when it seems like everyone else around you has plans, except for you. What can we do to feel less comparative and more proactive about staying home? They spend the second half of the episode discussing a listener's dilemma, her bachelorette party has shrunk by half, and she's having a hard time letting herself feel a little disappointed by the circumstances out of fear for seeming ungrateful for what she does have. There are not only solutions, but actually plenty of silver linings to having a small group, if you just shift your perspective a little. Niki and Caro agree all the way on this one, let yourself be sad. Every bride experiences some type of reality that doesn't meet expectations, but that doesn't mean there isn't a solution. Have such a great week hunnies - summer gets closer with every breath we take! IG: instagram.com/honeywerehome Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Welcome back honeys!! Today's episode is jam-packed with all the injectables knowledge you could ever need. Our guest George Baxter-Holder is a board-certified nurse practitioner and VP of Talent at SkinSpirit. After getting the tea on George's fascinating life story, we chat all things neurotoxins (aka Botox, Dysport, etc.), filler (and why there's such a stigma around it), what types of treatments celebrities are getting done to look so young (hint hint: collagen production). We answer all your questions on masseter botox, facial balancing, and so much more. It's the moment we've all been waiting for, Honeys. You've been begging us to talk about Sisters in Law, so we're finally doing it. We start off today's episode by catching up and analyzing our very different outfits (Nicole looks like she's running for office and Caro looks like a summer day, showing some shoulder). We then share an EXCITING announcement (nyc girlies, we're looking at you!), and then we jump into the beloved topic of sisters in law. We go through audience horror story submissions, and share tips on how to be a good sister in law, as well as how to deal with the crazy ones. Honey, it's Tuesday - and it's time to do the laundry. We have a Dirty Laundry episode today (well the back half at least) and it's a GOOD one. If there's one thing for sure, drama gives us anxiety but OPD is the exception (Other People's Drama). Tune in for lighthearted but juicy stuff that we share with the class. And speaking of anxiety, we get all in to communicating with your partner when you're anxious after a solid side bar on the meaning of dreams and why Netflix shows suck for putting the only good parts of their shows at the end. Congrats on making it through second January hunnies, see ya next week. Leave us a Voicemail Find us on IG @honeywerehomepod Email us @[email protected] Learn more about your ad choices. Today's episode is for the mamas (or those who want to be one day!!) and oh honey is it a good one. We sat down with Emily Claman, prenatal & postnatal fitness expert and Founder of Push fitness, and talked all things prepping our bodies for babies. Emily enlightened us on things we didn't even know existed in our bodies, such as our "deep core", "posterior chain", and "pelvic floor", and told us why they're so important to access and strengthen. We talked about how soon-to-be and new moms all deserve to be prioritized and cared for, because after all, a pregnant body is the hardest working in every room. Emily is a treasure trove of knowledge, and we just know you'll love this episode, honeys!! This week, we dive into a listener's dilemma—is it okay to be pregnant on her sister-in-laws bachelorette? Does she affect the party vibe? Is it still fun for her? Long story short, it should always be up to the girly that's actually pregnant. From accommodating your pregnant friends without making them feel left out, to giving yourself permission to rest and say no, we’re all trying to navigate these major life shifts, keep the fun alive, and still be there for each other (both ways). We dish out the do's and don'ts of navigating bachelorette parties with a bun in the oven, from both the bride’s and the pregnant friend’s perspective. Expect tips on how to accommodate your pregnant pals without making them feel like party poopers, and how those expecting can enjoy (or skip) the festivities with some well-deserved self-care. It’s time to talk bachelorette rules, pregnant or not. xx Caro & Niki Send us an email @ [email protected] Leave us a Voicemail Here Find us on Instagram: @honeywerehomepod @carolinecrawfordpatterson @nicolepellegrin0 this podcast is hosted by podcast nation Learn more about your ad choices. Honeys, can you even believe it? Valentine's Day is next week, and are we at all ready? No! But that's OK because it's overhyped and overrated anyways. On this week's episode, we give you alllllll the fun date night suggestions (catch us at your local Dave & Busters), as well as chat rules for Galentine's Day: can we celebrate it after Valentine's, or is that too depressing? happy tuesday hunnies ♡ this episode’s main topic is about a bachelorette conundrum from hell that we brought to the group before discussing on this weeks ep. The question remains, when you love the bride but not the friends… is it to go or not to go? Niki tells us what her sign would be if she won the lottery, Caro suggests a game that is basically made for the Jan date night theory, they debate the green tux viral tik tok video, and they both debrief on season 2 of Night Agent (no spoilers). This ep is the perfect scratch for our ADD brains. Btw - there’s loads of TMI on the female body (who are we if we don’t have at least one embarrassing period story?) The girls are back together for the first time in 2025 and they have a lot to get off their chests. They catch up on New Year’s Eve plans, eating 12 grapes and the joy of not leaving the house before they get in to their thoughts so far on 2025. Nicole lists out 25 things she wants to change in 2025 including cooking her way through the alphabet (we’re still unsure how likely this is but we’re down to try as a team) and Caroline takes a different approach in to backing in to this long awaited year by starting with things she doesn’t like and problem solving for how to get them off her desk. The girlies somehow came up with the same word of the year, in be-known to them - and then they get in to a convo about dealing with a loss of creativity or the ability for the individualistic part of your brain to keep thriving the deeper we get in to job and family life, which is honestly a real bummer, and what we’re supposed to do about it.
