When push comes to shove businesses can either let challenging situations sink them or cleverly shift their business model.
My guest, Zach Cohen currently holds a multi-faceted role within a hospitality-focused private equity group. The ability to effectively communicate across departments to identify critical paths has allowed him to collaboratively lead teams to consistently execute company projects.
Over the last eight years, he has successfully led teams in strategy, marketing, design, construction/product development, and operations with a financially focused perspective. In his spare time, Zach looks to travel as much as possible and push his truck as far into the wilderness as it will go.
