    Hinweis zur Studienlage:

    Die Studienlage zur Effektivität vom Kinderosteopathie ist sehr gering. Leider sind die bereits veröffentlichten Kinderosteopathie Studien oft von einer mangelhaften Qualität, weshalb es noch keine ausreichende Evidenz für die Wirksamkeit von Kinderosteopathie gibt. Wir benötigen hier mehr Forschung und methodologisch bessere Studien. Das möchte ich nicht verschleiern.

    Ich habe jedoch auch einmal eine Folge zum Thema Wissenschaftlichkeit und Osteopathe, sowie eine Folge zum Thema evidenzbasierte Medizin hochgeladen, in denen es darum geht, weshalb die Osteopathie Schwierigkeiten hat, gute Studien zu veröffentlichen.     Alles, was in der Folge gesagt wird entspricht daher meiner Erfahrung als Kinderosteopathin und Osteopathin.

    Was ist das eigentlich, wie finde ich heraus, ob ich vielleicht hypermobil bin und was kann ich dagegen tun?

    Was ist das Ehlers-Danlos Syndrom und was hat das ganze mit ADHS und Autismus zu tun?

    Außerdem gehen wir auf ein paar interessante Belgleitsymptome wie chronische Schmerzen, Kopfschmerzen und die gehäufte Verletzungsgefahr ein.
