Previously, she was the founding director of the Center for Women and Business at Bentley University and the executive director of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard's Kennedy School. A senior adviser to two U.S. presidents, Betsy served as President Clinton's White House Advisor on Women's Issues and was the Chief Operating Officer and Chair of Women for Obama during President Obama's historic 2008 national campaign. Her extensive leadership background also includes roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration, including heading the Office of Women's Business Ownership.

Greg Moran is a C-level digital, strategy and change leadership executive with extensive global operations experience. He led corporate strategy for Ford and designed the plan that Alan Mullaly used to turn around the company. Greg held C-level IT positions in app dev, infrastructure, and core banking applications at Ford, Nationwide Insurance, and Bank One/JPMC, respectively. He began his career in consulting with Arthur Andersen Accenture, working across industries with 100 companies over the course of a decade. About Our Guest:
Gill Robinson Hickman is Professor of Leadership Studies Emerita at Jepson School of Leadership studies and winner of the 2016 ILA lifetime achievement award. Compelling common purpose would be three words at the core of Gillâs institution building work in leadership studies, her life and her research. As one of the inaugural faculty members of the Jepson School of Leadership Studies, one of the first institutions in the world with a multidisciplinary faculty devoted to the study of leadership, Gill joined forces with her colleagues to build a leadership studies program from the ground up. She published Leading Change in Multiple Contexts which has become a standard in a field that has experienced incredible growth since those first Jepson faculty gathered with their compelling common purpose more than 20 years ago. She grew up as a black woman in Birmingham, Alabama during the Civil Rights era where she experienced the power of people coming together in common cause.
Jorrit Volkers is Dean of Deloitte University Europe Middle East Africa (DU EMEA), one of the worldâs largest consulting firms, Deloitte. DU EMEA designs and delivers a world-class curriculum to develop Deloitte practitioners as trusted business advisors and leaders. About Our Guests:
Udit Madan, VP of Worldwide Operations, oversees fulfillment, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations. Udit joined Amazon in 2008 as a Software Development Engineer, building technology to automate and scale the companyâs fulfillment network. Over the years, he has led numerous R&D initiatives, introducing robotics and automated control systems. In 2015, he transitioned to the Last Mile Technology team, where he developed key programs for Amazonâs delivery services. Udit also played a crucial role in Amazonâs COVID-19 operations response. He earned degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Texas and was born and raised in India before moving to the U.S. in 2004.
Jamil Ghani, VP of Worldwide Prime, leads Amazon Prime globally, overseeing product, technology, marketing, decision science, operations, and finance teams that drive the membershipâs growth and success. Under his leadership, Prime membership has tripled, and per-member spending has doubled, with new benefits added across categories such as healthcare, grocery, and food delivery. Before joining Amazon in 2017, Jamil was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Strategy, Digital & Innovation at Target, where he played a key role in revitalizing Target.com and launching new customer experiences. Jamil also held leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, General Mills, and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar.
Sarah Rhoads, VP of Workplace Health & Safety, oversees Amazonâs global health and safety programs, managing a team of over 9,000 professionals dedicated to the well-being of more than 1 million employees. Sarah joined Amazon in 2011 as an Operations Manager and has since held various leadership roles, including Director of Amazon Air. In her role at Amazon Air, she built the companyâs air-haul network from scratch, growing it into a global operation with nearly 100 aircraft. A former U.S. Navy fighter pilot, Sarah flew F/A-18 jets and completed over 250 carrier landings. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a Masterâs in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.

Cynthia Cherrey, is president and CEO of the International Leadership Association (ILA), a global network of leadership scholars, educators, and practitioners. Previously, Cynthia served as Vice President and Lecturer in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. Ajay Bramdeo is the African Union Ambassador to the European Union. In this position, Bramdeo is working to overcome the historical legacy of relations between Africa and Europe to establish more mutually beneficial exchanges between the two continents, particularly, in recent years, in terms of migration. He is also engaged in ensuring that Africaâs voice carries weight within larger global systems for governance, such as the United Nations and global conversations around peace and security.

Michael Morrow-Fox, MBA, EdS, is a consultant with the Innovative Leadership Institute experienced in health care, education, banking, government, and non-profit management.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in leading technology and human resources operations, as well as several years of full-time university teaching. Michael has held Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification since 2002, he has worked on Six Sigma Black Belt initiatives since 1999 and has been a Six Sigma Green Belt since 2006. His Bachelorâs degree focused on Industrial Psychology and Employee Counseling, his MBA focus was on Organizational Leadership, his Educational Specialist Degree is in Educational Leadership, and Michael holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.

Steven A. Robinson is a consultant, author and speaker on organizational culture design & leadership, brand strategy development, marketing planning, and distinctive advertising principles.
He is the former Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Chick-fil-A, Inc., 1981-2015. Prior to joining the company, Steve was the director of marketing for Six Flags Over Georgia theme park in Atlanta, Georgia. This role was preceded by marketing positions at two other Six Flags properties and communications manager at Texas Instruments.
After beginning his career at Chick-fil-A as director of marketing, Steve went on to serve as vice president of the department before becoming chief marketing officer. In his most recent role, he was responsible for overseeing marketing, advertising, brand development, menu development, and hospitality strategies.
In addition to serving on Chick-fil-Aâs board of directors from 2016-2018, Steve serves on several boards for organizations and ministries, including FamilyLife, Fellowship of Christian Athletes of Atlanta, Links Players International, Atlanta Hall Management & College Football Hall of Fame, and the National Football Foundation.
He holds an associate degree in business administration from Faulkner State Junior College, a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Auburn University, and a masterâs in advertising from Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Leah Lizarondo is currently a member of the Global Leadership team at Ashoka. She is a Rockefeller Foundation/Acumen Fellow and received her graduate degree in Public Policy & Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, where she serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence.
Leah co-founded and was the CEO of 412 Food Rescue, a social enterprise with a technology, logistics and civic engagement model that fights hunger and promotes sustainability by preventing perfectly good food from entering the waste stream, and directly distributing to organizations that benefit those who are food insecure. Creating the infrastructure for national retailers, 412 Food Rescue has prevented millions of pounds of food from going to waste via technology that mobilizes over 8,000 drivers in 5 cities -- food rescue heroes -- the largest volunteer food transport network.
She was born and raised in the Philippines, and currently lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
