Tim Heyl graduated from Texas A&M in 2008 without a job or plan. Out of necessity he became a realtor and eventually built one of nations top producing real estate firms by the time he was 30.
He has founded multiple real estate companies including Phone Animal and Homeward. A recent Forbes article valued Homeward at more than $800 million.
