Annabel is an owner of an inner city Sydney practice that has around 6,000 active patients, 5 full time equivalent doctors, 1 full time equivalent practice nurse, 2 full time equivalent receptionists and a practice manager. -
Kean-Seng Lim joins Charlotte to discuss the ideas for how COVID vaccination clinics will run in his practice.
Kean-Seng works in a general practice in Mount Druitt with around 3,500 active patients and 4 full time equivalent doctors. -
In this next episode of COVID vaccination clinics Dr Colin Pearce joins Charlotte to discuss the plans for his practice.
Colin works in a rather large general practice in Newcastle which is owned by IPN. They own 3 practices which cover a mixed demographic; these practices are in Charlestown, Redhead and Windale. Over the 3 sites there are around 27,000 active patients, 24 doctors, 10 nurses and 15 reception as well as management staff.
Please note: since the recording took place on 4 March the information has changed and the practice has altered the plans to suit. The main change is that they will only have 400 a week at first and then they will move to longer clinic sessions less often with more doctors to get to 1500 a week. -
