Getting involved in a group exercise while complying with Social Distancing can be so beneficial right now. Ryan Jones raised over £30,000 for the NHS while cycling and running. Geraint Thomas raised over £300,000 while cycling for 12 hours a day for 3 days. Tara has climbed Pen Y Fan this morning (up and down her stairs) with her Life Transformers. There's a good reason for the Government telling us to take that hour a day of exercise and you should do it ... with a little help from your friends ... and here's why.

The Government guidelines say we can take one period of exercise per day outside. Tara explains what is permissible. Good practice and if you can't go out some rather useful tips if Joe Wicks is all a bit much for you.
