The Doctrine of Exaltation seems to be waning. When we lower our focus, we end up with a Therapy or Prosperity Gospel. Exaltation and The Doctrine of Christ are inextricably connected. Both doctrines have been lost to the world several times.
Charity is tied to Exaltation. Without Charity, we are nothing.

Orthodox members of the Church today often feel anchorless as the Church has changed its message to them. Other members are encouraged because there are no authoritative checks from the pulpit on their social agendas. The Church used to directly address its day's cultural and social ills and influences. Today, it is silent on these issues, except one, religious freedom.
Is the Church's tax-exempt status a muzzle? Or are we going in a different direction?

AI boyfriends and girlfriends are already available for companionship, support, affirmation, and assistance. This will lead to "artificial infidelity" with AI boyfriends and girlfriends. A Stake Relief Society LGBTQ presentation called for the use of preferred pronouns, wearing the Pride Flag or rainbows, and recommended replacing "brother" and "sister" with "friend."
These presentations, which are all very similar, are happening all over the US. They essentially promote the Pride movement and do not include teachings of Exaltation and the Law of Chastity.

The Pride Cycle moves back and forth, just like the Hegelian Dialectic. Many today say that Woke is doomed. I disagree. The adversary will never stop. New words and strategies will always be invoked and become "in vogue." Technology plays a significant role in the pride cycle.
The additional liberty and options it provides create more opportunities for bad choices. The gospel is political. The Book of Mormon is a highly political book.
