Ben Bruno is a celebrity trainer to the likes of Chelsea Handler and Justin Timberlake and many others. In this episode we get into how Ben became a celebrity trainer, how his father committing suicide in his youth impacted his life and decision making process and his philosophies on strength building and why he thinks he has stronger legs than me (which is obviously a lie).
