Her passion and her work is devoted to supporting healthy, balanced periods, hormones and cycles.
Sheโs a certified teacher in Natural Fertility Education and supports her clients through their various hormonal journeys (including hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS and coming off hormonal contraception).
Karinda loves blending the science of biology with the energetics, teaching the feminine wisdom contained within the menstrual cycle too as well as the practical.
