Papa drove 7.5 hours to go and speak to Mr. Butter Viking.
Having served and worked with the likes of culinary royalty such as René Redzepi (Noma), Alain Ducasse, Claude Bosi the list goes on and on and on. I'd say he knows a thing or two.
Be prepared for an all out deep dive into the world of butter and banter. It's gonna be a good one!

The past two years Hector and his wife Wendy have opened the eyes and shown the Gothenburg food scene what authentic Mexican food can be. Seen through a modern and casual lens by their first restaurant Tizne.
Fast forward roughly a year and a half and they opened a second venue, Restaurant INTE. With more of a neighbourhood vibe going on. Showcasing Nordic and French cooking.
