He is the 2012 Oklahoma Vice Principal of the year and is currently the Principal at high school in Oklahoma. He also is currently the Executive Director of OASSP/OMLEA. He is the author Principal Matters (Updated & Expanded): The Motivation, Action, Courage and Teamwork Needed for School Leaders and recently published his second book: Messaging Matters: How School Leaders Can Inspire Teachers, Motivate Students, and Reach Communities.
