Rachel Maurice is a Canadian Medical Doctor who worked as an Anesthesiologist for 20 years in Canada. She left the practice of conventional medicine in pursuit of helping people heal from the root causes of disease rather than only treating symptoms.

The CRD Challenge Explained
The CRD Challenge is a free, 21-day bite-sized educational experience designed to teach people how to realign to nature’s rhythms and empower them to take back control over the destiny of their health and happiness. It is comprised of step-by-step educational materials, co-written by a team of circadian health experts, that are delivered via a free Skool community through a variety of formats (video, audio and written content) to best suit the learning style of those participating.
Each step of the challenge takes users on a journey to evolve their understanding of how circadian rhythms influence human health and how key zeitgebers such as light, chrono-nutrition and electromagnetic fields entrain these rhythms, with the ultimate aim to create and embed vital lifestyle habits that can enable individuals and their communities to experience a life lived in rhythm.The timeline and description of the specific content delivered will only be revealed as the challenge unfolds. The purpose of this is to pique curiosity and encourage continued commitment to the 21-day process, thereby helping participants to develop first-hand experience of how simple, gradual and consistent circadian health practices can transform their lives and those of their families and communities.

Daniel White
Daniel White is a Registered Nutritionist, Functional Medicine and Circadian Certified Health Coach. He is the Founder of Sleep Better Live Better and Chairman of the Sleep Better Live Better Foundation. Jeff has worked in healthcare (IT) for the past 15+ years. He was unknowingly doing everything wrong from a circadian standpoint for the past couple decades. Each night he was on computers (full brightness) until midnight. He never got outside in the morning.

Amanda is originally from Argentina born and raised. She is a classically trained musician & neuroanatomist. In 2021 she resigned from assistant professor position at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, where she taught Gross Anatomy and Neuroanatomy to first year med students, physicians assistants and physical therapists, and went back to school for training in Traditional Naturopathy.
Along the way she started a Health Coaching and Wellness Education business, Horaios Wellness, LLC, where our mission is to provide accessible health and wellness information for anyone ready to take charge of their own health. She also became a Consultant for BRMT USA (where we use rhythmic movement training to integrate active primitive reflexes), and completed my certification in Applied Quantum Biology, through the Institute for Applied Quantum Biology.
She believes that INSPIRATION plus EDUCATION is the best medication. Our overarching vision is to bring the principles of Natural Law back into the health and wellness setting in order to transform the current, fear-based sick care paradigm into an awe-filled model that nourishes and sustains healthy living.
She works one-on-one and in groups, both in person and via zoom, offering health coaching & educational opportunities where we discuss and investigate practical ways to implement habits that nourish our body clocks, our body water and our autonomic nervous system. Our guest is Dr. Valerie Giangrande. She is an optometrist, in private practice for over 20 years, in New York. In 2012, her son, at the age of 4, started to develop some health issues. Frustrated by the lack of help she was getting from conventional medicine, she started to become more and more holistic in her quest to help her son overcome these issues. In 2016, she became certified as an Integrative Holistic Nutrition Health Coach. Around 2018, after searching for answers to some of her own health issues, a functional medicine practitioner introduced her to Quantum Biology and the work of Dr. Jack Kruse. After realizing how crucial these foundational principles are to overall health, including eye health, she has incorporated these principles into her own life. And, she’s been educating patients in her practice ever since. She recently became certified as an Applied Quantum Biology Practitioner and has started working with people who want help with Quantum or Circadian Rhythm strategies, as it relates to ocular health and overall wellness.

Robert C Gourlay, RFD, B.App.Sc., M.App.Sc. Company Director and Environmental Research Scientist Robert is the Managing Director and Chief Scientist of Resonate Research Pty Ltd (www.phion.com.au, www.meawater.com, www.primalwater.com.au) and Environmental Research and Information Consortium Pty Ltd (ERIC, www.eric.com.au) and a principal environmental scientist specializing in biological research, water structure science, groundwater mapping and bore location, resource assessment and management.
Robert is the inventor of the MEA water devices. He has over 30 years of water structure research, leading to the first MEA water prototype in September 2012, capable of holding a permanent negative charge and structure. The design and engineering have been improved since that time through innovation or feedback from over 300 experiments with water quality, microbes, plants, animal, and human wellbeing. His papers and essays are continuously updated, and new papers added based research outcomes by other scientists dating back to the 1920’s (www.meawater.com) Robert has professional research experience since 1992 in biological applications and in natural resource assessment and management, technology innovation and application in the areas of remotely sensed data, soil and water management, biological farming, and trace mineral applications.
