  • Ellinor Grace and Shelby explore what it's like to welcome the "inner bitch" part of themselves and share their experiences of what it's like to not have access to anger, healthy boundaries and personal needs and wants in the past. Through connected conversation, we honor the inner people pleaser and those parts that were trying so much to help us feel safe, loved and with a sense of belonging.

A bit more about Ellinor, in her words:

“I'm Ellinor Grace, an Embodiment Guide, Soul Alchemist, World Wanderer and Creative. I work with individuals who desire to live their truth & BE (Brilliance Embodied).

I am a guide on the journey to connect to the healer within and your unique code of brilliance. My values of courage, truth, devotion, flow and creation anchor my work and life. I bring my brilliance: vulnerability and intuition, to cultivate sacred space for deep healing and transformation.

This transformation movement is about growing roots deep to anchor us as we courageously step into the unknown. By doing so, we create a powerful community of world changers, healers and creatives who embody their inherent brilliance and intentionally move towards a more equitable, just and free world for us all; While also in harmony with Mother Earth and all its inhabitants.”

  • In this deeply vulnerable and connected episode Julia shines her light on all things creativity and how so many people experience states of trauma that block them from allowing their fullest expressions through.  She coaches Shelby through some deep things that arise around her creativity blocks.  There are tears and joys and so much presence and connection.  Julia beautifully models attunement, empathy, validation, skill and creativity as we navigate the exact thing together that comes up for so many people and prevents them from allowing their full creative expression through.

  • She had it backwards! In this episode Shelby breaks down the difference between being "trauma aware" vs "trauma informed" for anyone who is a care provider working individually or within an organization or system.  People who haven't been overwhelmed by the impacts of trauma also value these types of care as well.  You'll learn why being trauma informed is a necessity whereas being "trauma specific" is not.  You'll learn how to start moving towards being direct and informative with people impacted by trauma instead of tiptoeing around them which is not helpful for anyone.

  • Tamsin shares about being allergic to strategy and shares the joys of sinking into embodiment and nervous system regulation and seeing such beautiful results in her coaching business from this place. We talk about "unusual" business strategy and how much ease and pleasure can come from choosing how we want to be in relationship to our businesses from a settled and connected place. We share the piece that unlocked Tamsin's ability to receive her first 10k month which felt so surprising to her. "Receiving means to accept and we have to do that with our whole body."

  • Slowing down into the magic of the nervous system regulation work - we explore the concept of regulation and co-regulation from the felt sense. With the power of the therapeutic relationship, we have an incredible tool we can use to help others feel safe enough to be with their felt sense so they can regulate and feel balanced and connected. Marina shares about the wholeness of who we are is what allows us to be connected with others and with this planet we co-exist with and the people we co-exist with  - when we can sink into embodiment, we can be more responsive to what is needed inside and out from a caring place.
