We try to tackle these huge 3 topics that are currently dominating our life stuck in Treviso, Italy but luckily in our loving home where we try to expand the borders of creativity and we finally managed to find the mental power of fully talking about how our life is here under quarantine, in a laughing manner. Trust me we do take it very seriously but we still try to carry a positive attitude in our life and hope to bring you some of it too. Enjoy x

With the recent events of today's world, I even struggle to calm myself down. The shitty thing about being a psychologist is that you know you are panicking but that doesn't stop you from panicking anyway. I talk about what we go through as the partners left behind and players who are in camp/quarantine. I decided they are the same thing. In one they try to not catch feelings and the other viruses. Same ol' same ol'. Press play to hear more on switching off your panic button.

1-5 min: Perfectionism in Ancient Greek. Balance, Order and Symmetry. Aristotle has the earliest definition of perfectionism, and we present 3 concepts of perfectionism and along with that you will hear over and over again how I keep saying turd instead of third.

8-10 : Is man perfect? Should he be? And HOW can this be attained? Approach perfection in an ethical way. Start seeing perfection as a process.
10-15 : What is a mistake? Why do we make them? Fear plays a HUGE role on making mistakes and they can be addressed separately to avoid them. All the steps of making a mistake explained. How we mentally paralyse ourselves because of fear.

We have touched many points from how she balances the role of a rugby partner to Amelia who is a health junkie, to being a daughter and a support mechanism to her friends.
We talk about being far from home, and having to create a new identity when you step in to the rugby world with our loved ones. What describes you? What is the first thing you say to people when you enter a new environment?
There are many laughs and then some serious past digging with looking at the conflicts in our lives that made us who were are today! -
-There is no specific time or way to go through a loss. It is a very fragile time for everyone and there is no right or wrong of it.
-Instead of telling you how to grieve correctly, this episode talks about the stages of grieving and telling you: YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS.
-Even if you are not grieving this will help you support a friend in the time of need.
.For the loving Bryant Family, with all my love and respect.
