We are very excited about today's episode! It's another first for us! WE HAVE OUR FIRST ROCK STAR! Welcome Pete Loran, from Trixer eveyone!
On this episode, we talk to Pete about some of his experiences while he was with Trixter and most excitedly about the new music he's been putting out this past year and the origins of his most recent song 'Save Me'
But, you know- we are a podcast for fans by fans... and that means we talk to Pete as a fan and he shares some experiences meeting some of his faves, including Bonnie Raitt and Doyle Bramhill II.
We had an amazing time chatting with Pete and hope you enjoy it too.

In this episode of RockTheLife, we delve into the powerful impact of the Christian rock band Disciple on our lives and the lives of Disciple fans. We get personal and vulnerable as we share stories of trauma AND healing through music, the emotional connection fostered by Disciple's live performances, and the community built around the band's message. Please note, in this episode we will be addressing school violence and suicidal ideation- so please be aware. This is likely our most impactful episode to date. It is our longest but watching it back, it didn't seem that long. I hope you feel the hope we intend to share through this episode. I will say, that I'm not happy with the audio quality of this one. Katya and I are working on addressing that issue, so thank you for your patience on that.

Welcome to RockTheLife: Unscripted
In this episode, we capture an off the cuff, casual conversation between Amy and Katya. Listen in as we relive a memory from our teens when we defied our parents and took off for an unsupervised weekend in Hollywood.
This episode has zero editing because we wanted to capture the moments as we chat as long time friends and have memories pop up as we go. This was our first trip to Hollywood and has significant meaning for both of us. Toward the end of the episode you get to the heart of the RockTheLife podcast.
"Don't let the world take your flame away...."
Missing in this episode is our call to action...so - if you have a story to tell, send an email to [email protected]
*note- in this episode we refer back to our Def Leppard LA trip. The gentleman we talk about in reference to that is in no way affiliated with Def Leppard.
