It is a detective drama that aired for over twelve years on Radio. The show followed the cases of the man, “with the action-packed expense account”. Our story is listed in the Radiobook Hall Of Fame as one of the top ten best of the series. A murder takes place in a small town, and Constable Jed Bramler can’t believe that anyone from there could kill the sweet Ellen Bates. There is an insurance payout waiting and Johnny is sent to find the truth. Is the husband guilty?
