In this episode, we had a lovely chat with a superhuman running "power couple" from our local Lower Mainland running community: Olympian Lindsey Butterworth and Marathoner/M2M Run Coach Justin Kent.
Among other things, Justin and Lindsey talk about their training, individually and together both locally and internationally, their love of brunch as well as their charitable work with #justbutter. At the time of our interview, Justin had just returned from the Valencia marathon (December 2021) and Lindsey had recently returned from her efforts at the Tokyo Summer Olympics.
