If we look into it, the word “NEW AGE” is thousands of years old...There is always a NEW AGE! 🤔
➡️A NEW AGE comes when a cycle of behaviors is closed and we human beings as a society, feel the need for something more, for something different ! 🤍
All the prophets, all the great ambassadors, and all the philosophers, always welcomed a New Era with a different message. But what about the Message? Is the message the same all over the different Ages?
For Satya, the message is always about Love, Compassion and Consciousness! About Light and Shadow, Man and Woman, Day and Night! It’s about integrating this duality, and embracing life!
Welcome to Satya in a Nutshell! -
When we find why we are grateful for any experience, we can redefine it!
For Satya, gratitude is a door to chance!
A door to no longer focus on the bitter part.
A door to forgiveness,
A door to beauty...
and to love!
Welcome to Satya in a Nutshell!
For today, we leave you with a question to reflect:
➡ If you had to describe gratitude in one word, what word would you choose? -

Imagine that you are a house: a house that had been closed for a long time. And there are some rooms that are already open. They have open windows, light coming in…and we say: wow, here is a chair, here is a table, our floor is wood, there are curtains. I can see it 🤍
Then there are some rooms, which are closed. We go to those rooms and we open the door. The door even makes that strange noise, we feel the resistance from not being open for such a long time. There it smells like dust and a heavy atmosphere, dark and cold.
We enter to be able to open the window and…Bam! We hit something. What is this?...Oh, and we touch, we grope and we see: ohhh it’s a table! Oh, it's okay!
And you keep hitting and trying to discover what is there in that room and so on until you reach the window. We open the window and the light comes in! Wow...
Then, we really see what that room was. “Look after all it was not a room, it was a bedroom with a table!"
And we can begin to be aware of the nooks that we all have inside, in our house, and that many times we didn’t even know they were there!
And now image a house full of light, with no unopened rooms 🌿🤍 -

Bem-vindo a "Satya in a Nutshell".

Welcome to Satya in a Nutshell. In our first episode, we dive deep into Satya's Name "SATYA" and its origin. It all started in a really deep process called "Mother and Father", a retreat of 21 days, completely apart from the world, where Satya had to face all her childhood, all her story as a child of her parents and as a granddaughter of her previous generations. In the end, "SATYA" gained a whole new meaning.
