A lot of times we have the greatest intentions for getting things done but often don’t because we don’t set aside the time for it. When we don’t schedule it, we aren’t making it a priority.   • Reflecting on 2019 and planning ahead for 2020.

    I love goal setting and planning no matter what time of year it is but especially at the beginning of the year. It's like a fresh start.

    I encourage you to do your own review of 2019 and try to do more of the things that brought you joy and less of the things that didn't. Also, set some goals for 2020. They can be as simple or as grand as you want. I'd love to hear about some of your best memories from 2019 and your goals for 2020.

  • Too often I hear women especially mamas say “I don’t have enough time to devote to x,y, or z. I wish I had an extra hour in the day.” We all have the same 24 hours in the day so how do some people seem to get so much done and others are struggling to stay afloat? We all have different roles that require different amount of time. Someone with small children or who are taking care of aging parents are going to have less free time than someone who has grown children or no children.

    No matter which one you are, today we are gonna look at some ways to maximize your time and even find “extra” time each day.
