Before this gig, Josh spent twenty years as the Senior Vice President, Idea Development at Forrester, where he analyzed technology and business. At Forrester (and with co-author, Charlene Li), he published the Businessweek bestseller Groundswell - Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies.
