Life, music and chill pill out time with Paulina Sevastjanova - author of books: “Madeline in Stoneland”, “all my slay stories” and “Avocados z Meksyku”. Coach P. is the mother, personal trainer, writer, podcaster - sometimes too honest friend and a little be over the top influencer. Always tried to be blown by the Scottish wind, unsuccessfully. Self employed, selfish, self full of book, head full of “I want” and overwhelmed, over romantic and over the top looking person. Forever always on headphones, forever not too close too nature, creating global contest about parenting, health, fitness, right mind-set, motivation and being human in general and writing the series of the books in the meantime. Ready to buy on Amazon. Trying to bring her listeners as much real life and real people stories as much as her own. Learning from the best, books and her own intuition, made her where she stands now. She can imagine in her head any story and make it happen, but the life always turns in the way she wants, making her absolutely dangerous to let her open her mouth.
She would say that she is more between sweet angel that you shouldn’t push to go BAD way to the devil that you don’t want to be finished by.
Super tangled in her life between creativity mode, her ADHD, growing kids and listing way too much music. Singing her way to another project. Coach P. is pulling other people towards truth, honestly and independency. If you need to work on your body, mind or mental health, she is the best to listen to. Do not be shy, she just look scary as her hair always like the lion hair, ready to show off, but she is just there for anyone, who needs to think and plan. Thank you P. xx -

The Break represents the gap between what you see as an ideal lifestyle and how you build a plan to actually get there. For me, Patricia Bright, this began in 2009 when I was creating beauty and fashion content for YouTube alongside being a student and working at an investment bank. After seven years I hit one million subscribers and learned a lot of financial lessons the hard way en route. So, in 2018 I founded my first company, The Break.
I founded this network for women like me, to demystify the journey to personal success and provide access to the tools and education needed to improve financial literacy and bridge the gap to our ideal lifestyles. Now, in 2023, The Break community is 500k+ strong. I was able to navigate the world of personal finance as a fashion-lover, parent and content creator because of open and honest conversations with my own network of family, friends and mentors.
This podcast is an open door to those conversations I’ve been having, so you can learn from the people that I look up to. In each episode expect to hear well-known voices delivering never heard before insights on success AND failure, as well as a level of honesty about personal development that you won’t get elsewhere. The Break will support you in learning, growing, navigating life like a boss, and making money move in the process.
Please subscribe, rate and review and if you like what you hear tell a friend to tell a friend. Watch the full video version on The Break YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/@The_Break and follow us on socials: https://www.instagram.com/thebreaksocial/ -
