It's the last episode of 2023! In this episode, I walk you through how to do a life audit. What's a life audit? It's a thorough assessment of different areas of your life intended to help you reflect and then be very intentional about your next steps. It's important to do one at least once a year and so I hope this episode inspires you to try it out.
We also talk about what to do if you didn't meet your goals for the year, why actions will always mean more than words, some of my future plans for the podcast, and give a listener advice about self promotion.

September is PCOS Awareness Month and in today’s episode, Chiena, Sarah, and I discuss what it’s like to live with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS is a hormonal imbalance that affects 1 in 10 women in the US and its exact cause is unknown. We talk about how we got diagnosed, our symptoms, our experience with doctors, birth control, body confidence, mental health, fertility concerns, and more.
Chiena is a Certified Personal Trainer and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome advocate. She has spent much of her life struggling with PCOS, and after years of research and experimentation, has learned how to overcome PCOS symptoms completely naturally and wants to help other women achieve the same liberation.
Sarah is a Project Manager, wife, and mom who loves adventures and reading leadership and personal development books. We talk about why she decided to document her experience living with a chronic illness online, having to grow up faster than her friends, common misconceptions people have about Sickle Cell, why she decided to get a bone marrow transplant, how she felt freezing her eggs and how she managed to protect her mental health through it all.
