  • One of my favourite players from the English Super League, Keith Senior joins me on the podcast. Keith was a feared competitor on the field, a beautiful fend and brought so much physicality to his centre position. A legend of rugby league in England, Keith has played a staggering 505 first grade games which began at the Sheffield Eagles before he switched to the Leeds Rhinos. His career saw him win the Challenge Cup with Sheffield in 1998 and played in 4 winning grand finals with Leeds in 2004 and the 3 peat from 2007 to 2009. His representative career includes 33 games for Great Britain and 9 games for England playing in two world cups in 2000 and 2008. Post footy, Keith is the 1st team coach of the Sheffield Eagles and Community and Welfare Support Manager at Rugby League Cares.
