We dive into the taboo topic nobody wants to discuss - the menstrual cycle. Me and Ellie Geldard speak on helping members at our affiliates get a better understanding on how your body adapts and works during each phase of this natural occurrence. Helping women get a better insight into this could help make improvements on when to increase and decrease training volume, listening to signals the body gives off and a few other pointers you can apply right away to get more from your training. If you wish to follow Ellie and her journey, check out her Instagram on @elliegal or @elliegeldardnutrition. Please note - audio on my end is low as we had a technical fault during recording (100 burpees to me) but I feel the content is excellent from Ellie so enjoy.
