  • We talk a lot about our favourite mental models (overarching frameworks that help one understand life) on this podcast, but we had yet to meet someone who had created their own daily model that they are now showing with the world..that is until we met Jasmine Darrah.

The “3 P’s” represents Jasmine’s vision for pursuing her philosophy, priorities and purpose each and every single day.

    We talk about:

The inception of her ‘3 Ps’ model and testing the theory through her own podcast seriesQuantifying her life in the early stages An understanding of the ‘3 Ps’ tool - a framework for a purposeful lifeBuilding respect through vulnerabilityThe project has become her identity to align her valuesReframing rejection“Consuming other people's ideas is overrated. Put yourself in the creators seat”. Becoming a creator.

We’ve known Jas for a few years now and it has been a real pleasure to watch her journey and growth over this time. Her drive and passion for crafting an ideal life is infectious. Enjoy!

  • We once again stumble our way through some thought-provoking concepts like the perceived “unfairness of life” as we unpack the article The problem isn’t that life is unfair – it’s your broken idea of fairness.

In a society where we’re so quick to share our half-baked opinion on anything and everything, we ask ourselves the question: “do you have to have an opinion on everything?”. Loved the thinking behind this one.

    We talk about:

Is there a difference between competition and comparison. Are the concepts mutually exclusive? Are you playing a finite or infinite game in life? Are you competing against others or yourself? You’re judged by what you do, not what you think. Accept society places higher value on action more than intention. Our idea of fairness is self-interest. What is the lens you are viewing life through? If I’m not educated on the topic, I don’t need to have an opinion. Actions speak louder than words.

We love our dedicated time each week to have fat chats about the things we don’t normally think about or get to discuss out loud. We hope it also resonates with you.
