  • Hold on to your pants! In this powerful episode we speak with Naetha Uren, the determined leader of Recovery Coach Academy (RCA).

She is on a mission to make recovery accessible, by creating multiple pathways for those in need. As CEO and founder of Recovery Coach Academy, she offers training resources and support services across the globe with an enlightened view: drawing from lived experience that comes from four generations living under one roof (age 9-81). This includes Naetha's own daughter who has survived domestic violence on Valentines Day five years ago.

With unwavering passion and determination, they have succeeded in building a global community uniting those without traditional services with long term success seekers -- bridging essential gaps around the world between traditional services and long term assistance by making sure everyone in their community gets what they need.

Naetha was determined to make her vision become a reality. She started small with just post-it notes on the kitchen window, but found it didn't stay there for long! In response to enthusiastic feedback from a beta test of an online course she created, Naetha and her family set out together on their ambitious journey towards establishing recovery coaching – an empowering community built up around providing support services and recovery coaching resources. Now boasting nearly 500 members who have invested in themselves by undergoing 5 days' training through CCAR, this dream that began 2 years ago has blossomed into something extraordinary as Naetha takes up the role of CEO alongside running operations and dedicating 60 hours per week along with her supportive husband and daughter.

Recovery Coach Academy believes it is important to have allies who can support you in your mission-led purpose, so it's essential to find a TRIBE of likeminded people who believe in you. People need to give themselves permission - with or without the help of others - to dream big and take risks.
