In this final episode of Disconnected Dad, Seth interviews Kevin Holesh, creator of the Moment app. The two discuss the difficulty we have with disconnecting from our phones, and how we can train ourselves to use technology less so we can live more abundant lives.

A week into his new plan of re-integrating phone use into his home life, Seth updates us on how he’s doing using his time more effectively, including checking and responding to texts and emails. He also shares about Phone Bootcamp, a two-week digital program designed to help users be more intentional with their technology use along with his idea for an algorithm for a peaceful home.

As he nears the end of his journey, Seth leaves his house without his phone for the first time he can remember.
