Welcome to our midweek episode! There's no guarantee we will be releasing a midweek episode every week, but Brent, Drew and Ian very much wanted their say this time! Join the other half of the DWP Team for their take on The Robot Revolution.
Note we did not say "for a more considered look" as we usually do with our "A" episodes, as this was recorded shortly after the ep dropped on BBC iPlayer and Disney Plus on Saturday. So the guys had practically no time to think before recording! Well, that's their excuse anyway!
Check out the final episode of series three of The Echo Chamber when it drops tomorrow morning BST - and then we'll be back on Saturday with our review of Episode Two of the latest series, Lux!

Join us for a detour from our usual Doctor Who highway as we steer the Campervan into new territory and talk about movies! Fear not though - Doctor Who is still at the heart of our conversation, and James, Brent and Michele make a point of (or couldn't avoid) drawing parallels between the films and Doctor Who stories!
But first, we can't resist talking about the airdate for Series 2 and well as the new trailer and casting announcements!
So sit back and enjoy a less Time-Lord orientated edition of the DWP!

Join Phil and James as they look back at the week Doctor Who crashed back into the headlines. The Sun ran a two-page feature about the show's future (or alleged lack of it) which was picked up by other national newspapers and radio stations in the UK. How seriously should we take it?!
In much more upbeat news, Big Finish Productions announced that Christopher Eccleston and Billie Piper are pairing up in some some brand new Ninth Doctor and Rose audio stories which is of course, FANTASTIC!
We are also very proud to bring you coverage of the latest Doctor Who proms! As the most musically gifted members of the DWP team, Michele and Brent review what can only be described as wonderful production that was performed at the Royal Albert Hall in Summer 2024 and televised just a couple of months ago over Christmas.
As always, please do get in touch and let us know what you think! Email [email protected], Tweet @thedrwhopodcast or find us on Facebook.

Not be left out of the party, Ian and Phil got together recently to share their predictions in terms of what will happen in the world of Doctor Who this year. Will they go for a low-bar, easy forecast, or will they push the boat (or Campervan) out this year? Tune into this minisode to find out!

The voices are the same but the podcast is different….. or something!
Join Drew, Brent, Michele and James in our annual tradition of reviewing a recently animated "missing" Doctor Who story. This time, it’s the turn of The Celestial Toymaker.
Who & Company is the wonderful podcast hosted by Brent and Drew that has it’s roots firmly in Doctor Who fandom, however the subject matter goes far beyond the confines of the Whoniverse. Once a year however, the parallel worlds of our two shows converge and the focus is on squarely on sixties Who.
W&C has a distinctly different tone to that of the DWP. It’s an easy listen, more laid back and less rushed. So pull up a lounger, grab a mug of hot chocolate, get comfy and listen to four friends chew the fat about a classic William Hartnell story in Episode 86 of Who & Company, also known as Special 34 of the DWP.
Enjoy the show! -
Jump on board the Campervan as we celebrate fifty years of the Fourth Doctor! Yes, the beloved fourth incarnation of our favourite Time Lord first graced TV screens in December 1974 - and some of the DWP remember the early days when those now infamous teeth and curls first etched themselves onto fandom's collective memory.
Join Michele and Ian as they steer the Campervan through a nostalgic celebration, taking Brent, James and Phil along for the ride. The scenic drive includes a fresh look at the fourth Doctor's first television story, Robot, a review of the first story in Series One of his audio adventures from Big Finish Productions, Destination Nerva - and finally a chat about Seeds of Doom, the classic climax to Series 13.
Sit back and enjoy the phenomenon that is the Fourth Doctor, wonderfully played the indescribably brilliant Tom Baker.
Enjoy the show! -
Happy New Year! It's that time of year again where we relax and give ourselves permission to be completely wrong!
Join us for our annual predictions episode as Brent, James, Michele and Drew dig out the Campervan’s oh-so-reliable crystal ball and make carefully calculated predictions about what will come to pass in the Whoniverse in 2025. But that’s not before the team turn the clock back twelve months and review the predictions Michele, Brent, Ian and James made in Episode 369 in 2024! Just how many (few) did they get right? Tune in to find out!
Don’t forget to let us know what YOU think will happen in 2025 – will the TARDIS turn into a turnip? Will the Doctor finally travel the universe with a cabbage as a companion?! And just what is it about vegetables in this post?! I must be hungry. What are you having for dinner?
