In this episode I'll be talking to the fantastic Caroline Wilkinson from Barket Place about the concept of focusing on Glimmers rather than just the triggers in life.
Glimmers are tiny moments of awe that can be experienced anywhere. They spark joy and evoke inner calm. They can help cause tiny mood shifts, sending safety cues to our nervous system - as well as that of our dog. In this talk, Caroline will join us to explain how looking for glimmers in your life can help not only your own emotional state but that of your dog.
