In today's episode, Ryan Jordan has a beautiful conversation with Stephanie Levich about her adoption journey, and her passion for helping future parents navigate the often emotional process of finding egg donors and surrogates. What is the financial investment for hopeful parents? Who is the ideal surrogate for a family? What made Stephanie’s parents choose adoption? Listen and learn!
Stephanie Levich is the Founder and President of Family Match Consulting and she has have worked in the fertility world for over 20 years. When she and her husband decided it was time to start their family, she knew all too well the struggles so many people faced with infertility but crossed her fingers as tightly as possible and hoped their journey would be easy. After a year and a half of trying (and never wanting to look at another home pregnancy test again), they were still unsuccessful. After countless tests and fertility treatments, nothing was happening. But thanks to the miracle of IVF, they finally found success and are now the proud parents of two beautiful children.
Stephanie’s career in this field began while working for a Los Angeles based egg donor and surrogate agency. She fell in love with the work but wanted to do things differently so a colleague and her decided to start their own egg donor and surrogate program. Under her leadership, the agency became a world-renowned egg donation and surrogacy program.
She ultimately decided to leave the agency side of the business and use her unique background to start Family Match Consulting. She has helped over 3,000 prospective parents find their egg donors and surrogates and has held their hands through the parenting journey.
Stephanie is also the Co-Author of the children's book From The Start: A Book About Love and Making Families
