In this weeks episode of The Glow Up we take a good look at what we need to be doing when we are feeling Lonely, Disapointed (by ourself or others), and Lost - and exactly how you can reverse this into becoming more fufilled, feeling more loved and having strnger boundaries - which in turn translates to being treated to a higher standard by yourself and others.
We talk about the expectations you have for yourself and others, and whether these are helping or hurting you;
Filling your own cup and finding your people by finding something you have always wanted to do and going to do it;
Clearing out the toxic friendships, relationships and situationships;
Asking yourself what are YOU doing that’s attracting those relationships and experiences into your life?;
Setting clear boundaries for yourself, and for others. How do you treat yourself? What’s not okay when it comes to how you treat yourself? How do you allow others to treat you?
Lastly, Doing the little things for yourself. If someone comes along and treats you well as well - thats great! But it’s important that you don’t need to rely on someone else to do nice things for you.
