  • Episode #777

In this episode of the #TheHabitCoach podcast, Ashdin is joined by Andrea Lowell, Self Mastery Coach. They discuss about what exactly is 'Ego' and the various misconceptions its meaning carries.

Ego, in Andrea's word, is the sense of worthiness that drives our action. And to understand ego completely, the first step would be to have no awareness at all - egocentric unawareness that's running the show. The second stage is ego awareness and observation. Third stage is the ego eagle stage - where you learn and then pick and choose what you like and don't like. And the last stage is self-mastery. Listen to this episode to get to know about these stages in detail and to have better understanding of your own ego too.
