This was a tough one! In this episode we take a brief look at how to use the Conjugate Method for programming Olympic Weightlifting. We review what the Conjugate Method is, and take a look at how each of the sub-methods can be applied to Olympic Weightlifting.

In this episode, we take a look at how the Conjugate Method can be implemented and used with, specifically, college athletes. We explore some of the key components of using the Method, including actually knowing how to use the Method, knowing what your teams need, and what they can handle/recover from. We also explore, briefly, how to use each of the sub-methods, as well as getting to know your athletes as people.
