In Season 4 we delve deep into the dark corners of toxic leadership and its insidious impact on workplace environments. Drawing from personal experience, I expose the chaos sown by a manager who turned a place meant for healing into a battleground of fear and dysfunction. This season isn't just about one bad boss; it's about a flawed system that enables such behavior, forcing good employees to sacrifice their well-being. Through candid storytelling and unflinching honesty, we'll confront the harsh realities of toxic management and explore the cost of choosing self-preservation over career stability. Join me as we pull back the curtain on a world where bullies no longer get to hide in the shadows.
