She also previously worked full-time as a software developer, an experience that eventually inspired many of her illustrations. She lives with her husband and works from home in her quiet little studio. Her first book, Quiet Girl in a Noisy World, was published in November 2017. Her upcoming book, Book Love, will be out January 1, 2019.
