Amanda is a trauma-informed somatic energy healer and coach with more than 18 years of professional experience in holistic healing. She has lived in a Buddhist meditation center for a year and discovered that true happiness is found in our connection with others. She is also a cis-gender, heterosexual woman, who has lived through the stories of many men and women, including her own, in a professional setting. This led her to broaden her professional repertoire by becoming a certified sexuality educator. Growing up as the daughter of a Protestant Christian minister, learning the ancient Eastern philosophies of Taoism and Tantra from a young age, has helped her rephrase her religious conditioning.
It is her intention to open up the conversation about sex in order to up-level the foundation from which we all approach our sexual expression, for the fulfillment of ourselves and the collective healing of generations before and after us.

Clarkisha Kent is a talented Nigerian-American writer, culture critic, former columnist, and upcoming author. She is a proud larger-bodied Black woman who has also struggled with an eating disorder. Since she was young, Clarkisha has been committed to sharing inclusive stories through unique perspectives. She uses her passion for storytelling and cultural criticism to explore, celebrate, affirm, and normalize her identities as a FAT, bisexual, disabled Black African woman, and make the world a safer place for people who share her experiences.
