He issues a very important statement then shares and passes out gifts he has for the entire league! Fart Toot reflects on the relegation journey and everyone evaluates the state of the relegation process. Then also setup what the next rules meeting might look like as they go through the various changes that may be voted on for next year.

Merry Christmas Lana straw! Your podcasters show their dedication to bringing you an episode on Christmas evening. Most notably our commissioner, Fart Toot staring down potential relegation, is committed to you. No matter the outcome this week, he is putting whichever league he finds himself in on notice. Now they battle it out this week to decide who gets to pick their inherited premiere league squad first. They honor Shiney and TGND's remarkable seasons, and look ahead to the coming week and evaluate how the relegation tournament setup has worked thus far. Finally this week, 2 teams will be relegated, one will be crowned champion. Will the commissioner be relegated in its inaugural season? Will Over Under stave him off with his new found running back resurgence? Will James Conner even play? Will Amburgers complete the first ever back-to-back in Lana Straw history? Will diamond dogs in his debutante season cap it off in the most remarkable way possible by bringing home a championship? So much is on the line this week!

Oh boy....this time of year is always intriguing in Lana Straw. However Lana Straw 2024 with the relegation tournament looming and the guaranteed safety from relegation if you make the playoffs, has the tension ratcheted up to an entirely new level. Technically going into this last week only two spots are officially wrapped up (apologies for last week, those playoff standings weren't correct). Fart Toot, H-Town, and Amburgers review last weeks action, and the crazy Monday night happenings. They acknowledge Shineys mark he has made on Lana Straw. A detailed playoff breakdown is dug into looking at the many possible scenarios as well as the relegation tournament scenarios. A time for reflection is had as they all reflect on the mental and sometimes physical stress this league may be having on some members. They also take a look down at the Champeens league seeing as their playoffs are wrapped up with a week left in the regular season. And then a healthy debate is had as they take a look on what the bonus wins setting would have on the premier league and some various rules that may be proposed for the Premiere League next year.

Multiple playoff berths were achieved this week aka cementing their spot in Lana Straw for next year. He goes over the scoreboard for the week, including a Boom Baum style loss for Amburgers by less than a point. Fart Toot stays alive! He takes a look at some trades at the deadline and where everyone stands with draft dollars. The playoff picture and relegation tourney is setup with its current standings. The first team to clinch their spot into the Lana Straw Playoffs, and more importantly to avoid relegation and guarantee their spot in Lana Straw Premiere League next year, Diamond Dogs joins the pod! He shares his fantasy football history, how draft weekend was for him entering a weekend of mostly people he's meeting for the first time, and how he clinched his premier league spot! The Diamond Dogs also gather round to encourage Scott on his difficult season thus far. An amazing Monday night in Lana Straw culminated in two games coming down to the wire. A .28 difference in one game and a 1.5 difference in the other. It was a tough week to take in for some managers including H-Town. He talks though the struggles of being 0-5 but why the Champeens league isn't calling just yet. Stay tuned to the end where we break down how the toilet bowl tournament will shake out and what you need to do to avoid it!
